There are lists on the internet, as well as tools such as Wolframalpha dot com. If you type in your search "109000th digit of pi" into Wolframalpha's search it will return the digit 9, as well as several digits before and after. Just to be clear, I checked how it counts. It starts with the 3 in 3.14... as the first digit. Then the second digit is the 1 after the decimal point. So if your really want the 109000th digit after the decimal then you need to modify your search to state 109001st digit so that it will find the next digit (which happens to also be 9).
