4/(5/6) is the same as 4*(6/5). Which is 24/5. You would then do the same and add it to the next part. So 6/(5/4). Is the same as 6*(4/5) which is 24/5. Now add the two. Your answer is 48/5.

OR, if you instead meant (4/5)/6 + (6/5)/4, then this would be the same as (1/6) * (4/5) + (1/4)*(6/5) = (4/30) + (6/20). From here, you can simplify to (2/15) + (3/10). The common multiple of 15 and 10 is 30, so we multiply (2/15) by (2/2) and multiply (3/10) by (3/3) which gives us:

4/30 + 9/30 = 13/30
