It isn't clear what data you have - the answer depends on that. If you have the weekly rate, divide that by the number of hours/week to get the hourly rate.
Eli flat fee amounts to 7.5 hours of time at his hourly rate. If he works for more than 7.5 hours you would save by paying his flat fee.
To calculate the hourly rate of someone earning $450 per week working 40 hours, you would divide the weekly earnings by the number of hours worked. $450 / 40 hours = $11.25 per hour. Therefore, the hourly rate for this individual would be $11.25.
Bit of Maths late at night - awesome...Assuming Deon is being paid in a currency that is decimal (USD, GBP, Euros etc) and that he's not getting shillings or little blocks of tea or something else completely nuts then we can calculate his hourly wage.OK so we know that Deon works 16 Hours and gets 92.0092/16 = 5.75Deon wants another 138.00 and he gets 5.75 an hour so 138.00/5.75 = 24Poor old Deon needs to work another 24 hours.Assuming he works 16 hours a week that's another week and a half of work for him.

You multiple the number of hours worked per week by the hourly pay by 52. Example if one works 30 hours a week and earns $10 an hour 10*30*52=$15600 is the annual pay.

Typically, when pay is expressed in terms of an annual rate, it is called a salary. A salary does not translate to a precise hourly rate because a salaried employee normally works varied hours (normally more than the standard 40 hours considered full-time). However, if you divide $54,000 by 40 hours for 52 weeks, the hourly rate would be $25.96
