There's no way to do that. The area doesn't tell you the dimensions.

There are an infinite number of rectangles with different dimensions that

all have the same area.

Here are a few that all have areas of 40 square feet:

1' by 40'

1' 4" by 30

1' 6" by 26' 8"

1' 7.2" by 25'

1' 8" by 24'

2' by 20'

2' 4.8" by 16' 8"

2' 6" by 16'

4' by 10'

5' by 8'

6' by 6' 8"

plus an infinite number of others.
