Think it's 11. If u can't remember how, here's a stupid song I heard in 3rd grade: "Rounding numbers can B fun, if u do them one by one, 0 1 2 3 and 4 stay same, stay same, 5 6 7 8 and 9 round up, round up." I know it's pretty dumb, but with 11.83333, since the 8 is behind the 11 and it's 5 or higher than 5 (+5), than you round up and the whole integer, or number, is 11. Hope I sorta helped!

I assume you mean to round it up to the second decimal place - in which case - you would round it up to read 84.38
