You write the amount as 25 00/100 on the amount first line and
on the second write : twenty-five and 00/100
You can also use no/100 instead of 00/100.
In the "pay to order of" line write the name of the person that will cash the check- fill out any white space with a line, to keep somebody from writiing "or " and adding his own name.
Sign and date the check.
