How do you you rewrite the equation so that y is a function of x 13 equals 12x-2y?

13 = 12x - 2y Adding 2y to both sides: 13 + 2y = 12x Subtracting 13 from both sides: 2y = 12x - 13 Divide both sides by 2: y = 6x - 6.5
