There is no comparison. I have used both systems myself and now only 1 - MOZY. Here is the KEY DIFFERENCE - Support. Carbonite has support during normal business hours (unless you pay an additional support fee). Mozy has 24/7 support. This was CRITICAL when my hard drive crahsed on Friday Night when using Carbonite. Unfortunately I had to wait until Monday to get ANYTHING back. With Mozy I also experienced a crash (string of hardware problems). This time I was back downloading the backed up files within a few hours of the crash (after I reloaded the OS and connected to the internet. Mozy is fast and easy to customize. I will NEVER go back. Mozy is the way.
