well there are many different ways but this one is my favorite. Get some honey but dont use it yet. Find an empty 2 litre coke bottle and fill it with sweat, and microwave it until it is wam. Peel and orange and eat the fruit and keep the peel. pour the honey over the peel and put it in the freezere un til it is all hard. take it out and shove it up your bum crack. drink the warm sweat and it will be the best feeling ever
