Most chicken wings weigh about 29 grams each. That is about one ounce each. There are about 15 to 16 chicken wings in a pound.
The average chicken thigh weighs about 4 ounces (with bone and skin) so that means 4 wings to a pound. If you were to divide 900 by 4 then you would get approximately 225 lbs. So there you go, it takes 225 lbs worth of chicken thighs to make 900 chicken wings.

How many pounds does each chickens weigh? If the chickens are 2 1/2 lbs each, 16 chickens = 40 lbs. If they are 3 lbs each, 13 1/3 chickens..... or if the chickens are not even in weight, you can just ad up the weight of each chicken until you get to 40 lbs.
Depends on how large the pieces are! It could be as many as two breasts per pound if they're fairly large - or more if they're on the smallish side. The package should say how much they weigh.
It depends whether the chicken is 2 lbs or 5 lbs. If I ate a whole chicken, it would be with skin, wings, legs, breast, everything. I heard the calories are the same with boiled, baked, roasted, or poached. I am assuming that an average chicken would be 2-3 lbs. So my guess would be 400 calories per lb? Can anybody confirm this?
