4 quarts in 1 gallon. 5 gallons times four equals 20 quarts. 19 quarts is not bigger than 5 gallons.
5 gallons is equal to 20 quarts. This means 5 gallons is greater than 19 quarts.
it depends on the size and volume of the cup you are using
To solve this problem you need to convert the density of sugar 1.59 g/cm^3 into units of lbs./qt. The product of 5 lbs. and the reciprocal of the density in lbs./qt is the quarts contained in 5 pounds of sugar.

The correct answer is really dependant on the type of flour involved, but as a general rule of thumb, four cups. Soya flour is nearer 5 cups, sifted cake flour 4.25 cups.
Most flour comes in a 5 pound bag or a 10 pound bag.
there are about 4.5 cups per pound, so 22.5 in all. Amounts may differ for loose flour, tight packed flour and there are different flours as well. An average is quoted here.

I'm going to guess you have 10 lbs of all purpose flour which weighs 5 oz per cup.10 lbs equals 160 oz. 160 (oz) divided by 5 (oz) will give you 32 cups. Cake flour which weighs 4 oz per cup will give you 40 cups
there are 20 cups in a 5 lb. bag of flouramount doesn't have to do with it. lbs is weight*when baking, it often calls for weights instead of volume because some ingredients such as flour can be packed. For instance, if you scoop out a cup of flour and level the top of it, that is a cup...or if you PACK that flour into the cup, you can add more, which is also a cup....OR you can SIFT the flour which fluffs it up, so that is a cup.....You can see that a "cup" of four isn't too reliable, but a pound is a pound is a pound.
