If the average speed of the car....Here is an unfinished question. The total distance is average speed times time. But since average speed is gotten by dividing total distance by the time, then it's a kind of circular question.

The distance travelled in one hour is usually less than that travelled in hours!
speed = distance/time = 420/7 = 70km/h
Her average speed is 50 mph. If the graph represents her distance (how many miles driven) as well as the number of hours driven, then the slope, which is rise divided by run, then the y axis, which in this case refers to the distance driven (y is the vertical axis, and the h [height] intercept is 800 which must refer to the distance) divided by the x axis (number of hours traveled) gives the average speed (miles per hour, miles divided by hour). The average speed is therefore 50 mph. The distance traveled is 800 miles, and the time traveled is 16 hours.
The formual to use is RxT=D or Rate(speed) multiplied by Time(time traveled convert as necessary is equal to the distance traveled. Therefore R=45kph mutiplied by time T=3 Hours equals Distance 135km or 45kphx3hours=135k traveled
the car will arrive earlier because you are doubling in the speed you are going.its asking how will the time it takes to get there be affected.
avg. speed = distance traveled / timeso, 100 km / 1.25 hours = 80 km/hr
The distance traveled by an object divided by the time it takes to travel that distance is called the average speed.[ Average ] Speed = Distance / TimeFor example :A car that travels 60 miles in a time of 2 hours has an average speed of 30 miles per hour.

I think you can figure it out yourself
speed = distance/time = 420/7 = 70km/h
Average speed is the total distance traveled divided by the time taken.Average speed = total distance traveled/time taken = 90 km/3 h = 30kph
If the car traveled 150 miles in 3 hours then the average is 50miles an hour. You take 150 and divide by 3 to get the 50. You then take the 50 as an average and multiply by 10 (number of hours). To get 500 miles traveled in 5 hours.
Just divide the distance by the speed.
