0.857142857142 is part of the never ending, repeating decimal representation of 6/7. The bar under .857142 means that part repeats forever.

6/7 = 0.857142

So you could write 6/7 as .857142857142857142857142857142857142857142857142857142857142 ... going on forever. The bar on top of the repeating part is often used. That was hard to do here so there is a bar under it instead.
