Yes. 0 is absolutely nothing. Anything that isn't 0 and isn't a negative number

(such as -2) is more than 0. 0.1 is only .1 more than zero, but it is still more. Anytime you have a number with a decimal (such as 7.4) it will be more than the number without the decimal (7). So, 7.4 is more than 7, because it has a decimal.
