Yes: 0.4 = 4/10 = 2/5, and 0.2 = 2/10 = 1/5

You can add zeros to the right of the last number, when there are significant digits to the right of the decimal, without changing the value. This sometimes helps to figure things out. 0.40 > 0.20 ; so ask yourself if 40 cents is more than 20 cents
