It depends on who is doing the grading, and their standard. In some cases it is an A, in others an A-, and for those instructors who are hard lined with no mercy, it could be a B. In the classes I teach at the college level, a 92 is an A.
There are infinitely many pairs. Suppose A is any non-zero number. Let B = A*92 Then B/A = A*92/A = 92 Since A can be any number then there are infinitely many solutions.
A:100%-93% b:92%-78%
he highest B you can get in middle school would be a 92% average. Anything higher is an A.
100-1000 or so depending on specifics

Re: When is Shane Sheckler's B day May 1 92
Sammy Kahn is 92 today! Happy B-Day Sammy!
In most schools, an A is 90% or higher. However, there are a few schools with other scales for grading. For example, I went to a school where 92 was a B+; you needed a 93 or better to get an A.
On the traditional grading scale, 94% is an A. In fact, in most classes, 92 or lower is below an A 100% - 98% is an A+ 97% - 93% is an A 92% - 90% is an A- 89% - 88% is a B+ 87% - 83% is a B 82% - 80% is a B- 79% - 78% is a C+ 77% - 73% is a C 72% - 70% is a C- etc.
It depends on your grading system. Normally, a 86 is around a A-.
I would give you a B- because you scored 76%. Not Bad!
