Both are correct. It just depends on what side of the pond you live on! You'd is an Americanism. You'ld is used in the UK and Ireland. It dates back to Shakespeare.

"Hark ye;

The queen your mother rounds apace: we shall

Present our services to a fine new prince

One of these days; and then you'ld wanton with us,

If we would have you."

So as above, the correct contraction is 'you'ld' and not you'd. It is the Queens English after all.
