That depends.Though nurgle and khorne are both on the chaos daemons side, they can also be fought against each other. Personally i think khorne is better, solely of the advantage of the bloodletters and the soulgrinder. With the bloodletters sheer ferocity and the soulgrinders long range powers. they make an awesome force. though nurgles are in many and they have the nurgles greater daemon. all in all if you are wondering what to use i would suggest the daemons of khorne.

How can i start a good Chaos Daemons army?
Daemons are a hard army to start unless you've got a pretty large amount of cash. First of all you need a codex, second fill out your compulsory with your HQ and 2 troops. You need to read through your codex and experiment on the kind of daemons you want, Nurgle, Tzneetch, Khorne, Slanesh. Each have their own advantages and disadvantages, keep in mind a daemon army has almost no shooting ability, so your gonna be trying to get up close, fast.
Can you have an army of khrone berserkers or do you need some chaos attack squads in there?
It may still be applied that you can field Khorne Berserkers purely without attack squads if your Chaos Lord takes Mark of Khorne, I am not sure if this is correct. But from what I remember, you probably need attack squads with you to support berserkers. They're good to have regardless. I reccomend having Khorne Berserkers with a dedicated transport (Rhino) Berserkers need to get into CC asap, and to ensure they don't take casualties before they get into assault phase. The more models, the more damage. BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!
