I assume you mean a cubit. It's about half a yard, and it's the distance from the inside of your elbow to the tip of your longest finger. (Which means it's different for everybody.)

If your talking about a boxers reach, it's finger tip to finger tip as the boxer holds both arms out as far as he can. If your taking about arm length, it's a measurement from under the arm pit to the end of the fingers.
