There are 7 types of quadrilaterals: Kite, Trapezoid, Isosceles Trapezoid, Parallelogram, Rectangle, Rhombus, and Square.

Quadrilaterals with 2 lines of symmetry:

  • Rectangles (if they are not also a square)
  • Rhombuses (if they are not also a square)

Squares have 4 lines of symmetry.
