Reverse spooning is pretty much what it sounds like. Sort of. It isn't spooning back to back, which would not be much fun. It is spooning in a commonly practiced position normally referred to by double digit number (in the high sixties) and which is a common fantasy of nearly every middle- or high school student. If you can conjure up a picture of the holding spoon's head being where one would more often picture the holding spoon's pelvis, you have pretty much gone all the way there.
