It is just that resistance to Change doesn’t seem rational because it doesn’t necessarily surface in standardized ways. Resistance can be overt, implicit, immediate or deferred. So, I disagree. It is probably in our DNA as humans to not rock the boat when things are going OK. when changes comes; we may be thrown from our comfortable equilibrium. Power, influence, resources allocation could all change when change takes place.
