cardinals are red birds, well the males are. the females are a cream brown color with a little red on there crown and beak. cardinals have a high-pitched voice not very high, but high. and they are state birds to more than one state, they are the state bird for my hometown Ohio i know for sure. i hope that answers your question.

Cardinal is also the title of certain senior ecclesiastical officials (usually Bishops) in the Roman Catholic Church. Cardinals serve as advisers to/representatives of the Pope and meet in conclave to elect a new Pope when the current Pope dies or resigns. They often have other religious duties as well. The name of the above-mentioned bird derives from the Catholic Cardinals because their formal, full-dress garment is a bright scarlet colour like the male Cardinal bird.

The cardinality of a finite set is the number of distinct elements in the set. For infinite sets, the cardinality is Aleph-Null if the elements of the set can be put into 1-to-1 relationship with the natural numbers: that is, if the set is countably infinite. However, the set of Irrational Numbers, for example, has a number of elements which is a greater order of infinity (uncountably infinite). It's cardinality is denoted by C, for "continuum".

A Cardinal is a type of bird.

You may also be referring to cardinal directions: north, east, south, and west.

What is cardinality of 15?

The cardinality of 15 is equal to the number of elements in the set. Since 15 is only one number, its cardinality is 1.

What is mean by cardinality of sample space?

no of possibilities for example tossind a fair coin then the cardinality of sample space is 2

What is the cardinality of an empty set?

zero

How cardinality relates to the number of subsets of a set?

Cardinality is simply the number of elements of a given set. You can use the cardinality of a set to determine which elements will go into the subset. Every element in the subset must come from the cardinality of the original set. For example, a set may contain {a,b,c,d} which makes the cardinality 4. You can choose any of those elements to form a subset. Examples of subsets may be {a,c} {a, b, c} etc.

What is infinity squared?

Infinity squared is infinity. But there's more to it.Mathematicians describe different kinds of infinities:The cardinality(number) of natural numbers is called Aleph0 () . This is infinite, and it has some peculiar properties:The cardinality of even numbers is also Aleph0.As is the cardinality of odd numbers. As is the cardinality of rational numbers (which you could view as infinity squared, but it still gives you infinity. The cardinality of countable ordinal numbers is called Aleph1 ().The cardinality of the real numbers is two to the exponent of Aleph0 ( ). The continuum hypothesis says this is equal to Aleph1.Basically, if you square an infinite set from a given cardinality, the cardinality stays the same (meaning Aleph0 squared is still Aleph0, etc.)If your mind just burst(cause mine did! 0_o), do not worry. This is a common reaction to set theory.See the related link for more on Aleph numbers, which are how mathematicians view infinity.
