Partial sight loss: won't be able to understand unviable communication. Hearing disability: Full hearing loss: won't be able to understand if the other person doesn't know sign language. Partial hearing loss: won't be able to understand properly if the other person doesn't know sign language. Intellectual disability: Severe learning disability: won't be able to understand, needs a special needs teacher to explain. Minor learning disability: will take time to get the idea. Physical disability: Severe physical disability: will need help and special physical services. Minor physical disability: will need some help and special physical services.
