The good things are that you get to see the country and get paid for doing it. You get to rule the road. Never have to deal with people except your dispatcher and a few folks at the loading dock. Sometimes you can make a lot of money. Bad would be that your gone a lot and that can be bad if you have a family. I love it and that's why I plan to drive an 18-wheeler. 10-4.
