It depends. Two general terms for it is sharpshooter or marksman however, various sports and organizations use different terms. For example, in IDPA, a Sharpshooter is a mid-level shooter, above Novice and Marksman, below Expert and Master. In IPSC, shooters are ranked by letters, lowest to highest being D to A, then above that, there is Master and Grandmaster.
