Traction control system.

If you have that and a abs light, you probably have a wheel sensor out or if you have that, brakes, abs all lite up... and it rained last night, you probably have a short on that sensor from the rain.

Either way, get it checked out. TCS is only important if you need to stop... or turn... or go faster than 5mph...
