The control-section-job (CSJ) number is the key descriptor for the record of each project in DCIS. Each project's CSJ is a nine-digit number consisting of four digits representing the control, two digits representing the section and a three digit job number. Enter the CSJ on the DCIS menu screen. Always enter zeros where they are part of the CSJ. Do not enter dashes. DCIS will display the CSJ with dashes for ease in reading.
TXDOT stands for the Texas Department of Transportation. They provide information on how people get transported from place to place in Texas. They also control the prices on tickets of airplanes and trains.

The state that the Texas Department of Transportation originates out of is Texas, and this is a state funded service that provides a mode of transportation for those who do not either own a vehicle or don't use them for certain types of travel.
The Texas DOT regulates car dealers in Texas. You have to fill out stacks of forms which you can find here.ftp://ftp.dot.state.tx.us/pub/txdot-info/mvd/trainingmanual.pdf
i assume you would get that at a car or vehicle registration area, which there has to be one in Texas as there is in any state! thanks! :) (Actually you get it at TXDOT I believe they now go by DMV now but you cant get them at the registration office, that is only to transfer titles and buy registration stickers and plates mostly. I can help you get one call me at 832 683 1443 I can usually do this with in 1 to 2 days. )
1) Tiltle Transfer - This is a fee for the actual title work and will run about $33. 2) Sales Tax - Based on where you purchased the vehicle it can be anywhere from 6 1/4 to 7 1/4% of the total sales price. 3) Registration - fee go here for your county ftp://ftp.dot.state.tx.us/pub/txdot-info/vtr/rtb/2007/042-attach2.pdf
In Texas if you mail it to the beaumont or corpus christi address for the regional txdot offices two weeks or so...if you mail it to Houston or Austin or another big city office it will take a very long time. If you can go in (you may have to take off of work) you can get it the same day. Just take a lunch and a chair and a good book...oh yeah charge your cell phone... If you cant handle this call me and we can work something out...2815363857 or email me at tishafranks@AOL.com
Texas doesn't have an online manual, but they do have a manual that you can request. I copied it for you, if you can print this one, I guess you can use it, or go to ftp://ftp.dot.state.tx.us/pub/txdot-info/mvd/trainingmanual.pdf To obtain your copy, fill out the order blank below and mail to: Dealer Manual Motor Vehicle Division P.O. Box 2293 Austin,Texas 78768-2293 Name:_____________________________________________________________ Address:___________________________________________________________ City:___________________________ State:___________ Zip:_____________ Phone:________________________________ Number of copies:________ (At this time the number of copies is limited to 3 per order)
First I'd need the VIN or tag number. If you don't have one, try your previous insurance company, they were on your policy and they may have records. Then contact the agency that your car was registered with and ask for a request for vehicle information form (the name may differ), follow the directions. I happen to be in Texas, USA. I would go to the TxDot (Texas Department of Transportation) web site, navigate to the registration or title forms, download and fill out the form (VTR-275) to get a history of the vehicle (including now), follow the directions and mail it in with a small fee. Perhaps it would be easier and faster in person but I work there and I don't conduct any personal business there.
You cannot. Once branded salvage or totaled, the title remains as such. There are illegal ways to convert a branded title (called title washing) but no legal way. Sorry! It depends on what you are really asking with your question. It is true that once the brand is on the vehicle that it was salvaged it will remain on the vehicle forever. But if you mean converting from a salvage title to a salvage rebuilt title which looks like a "clean title" but still has the brand on it that is different. If you live in Texas you will need a rebuilt affidavit completed by the owner and the person who made the repairs, you will need the title completed by the new owner and the salvage dealer or insurance company that sold them the vehicle, you will also need the form 130u which is on the txdot website completed by the dealer or insurance company and the new owner, and the new owners insurance. First off, if you are military / U.S. Armed Forces, you are not required to register your vehicle in Texas.Out-of-State vehicle titles are generally valid in Texas for 30 days from the date the vehicle entered the state or the date listed by the owner, whichever is more accurate- when the vehicle is going to stay in Texas and not "passing through". Before getting a Texas title the vehicle must pass inspection AND all information and documentation on the vehicle should be taken to a county tax office or approved substation where the registration fee can be assessed and paid. New residents in the state must pay a "new resident fee" of $90 and must pay forAfter this, when your Texas-titled car is transferred, you need to "inform the state of Texas Department of Transportation" (TxDOT) by filing the a Vehicle Transfer Notification online of by mail.Registration of Texas-titled vehicles must be completed once per year in the state of Texas.Sources:http://www.dmv.tx.gov/vehicles/drivers/new_residents.htmhttps://vision21.txdot.gov/Vehicle/MainTransferNotification.aspx
