19/90 * 1/2 = 19/180

19/180 is the middle of 1/9 and 1/10

There are an infinite number of fractions between any two (non equal fractions), for example: 1/9 = 10/90 {is greater than} 1/10 = 10/100. Any fraction with 10 as numerator, and denominator greater than 90 and less than 100 will be between the two fractions, so 10/91, 10/92, 10/93, ...., 10/98, and 10/99 are all between 1/10 and 1/9. You can come up with many more fractions that would lie between 1/10 and 1/9. (start with 100/901 and go to 100/999, etc.)
