its very easy all You really have to do is count 22 2 times.. for example : the first multiple will be 22, then add 22 plus 22 which is 44 then add 44 plus 44 which is 88 then you add 88 plus 88 and you get your answer so its 22,44,88,176 and then you add 176+176 and you will get your next multiple and so on..!
