What is difference between form and shape?

Form: Form is when you take a circle or any SHAPE at all that is two dimensional and you make it 3D such form consists of cylinder, cubes cones so on and so forth. Shape: Shape is the two dimensional shapes consists of things such as: circles, squares, triangles so on and so forth

What determines the three-dimensional shape of an enzyme?

Weak hydrogen bond that form between some amino acids help to determine the three-dimensional shape.

How many pentagons form a sphere?

None normally because a pentagon is 2 dimensional 5 sided shape whereas a sphere is a 3 dimensional globular shape.

What makes proteins three-dimensional?

Hydrophobic interactions cause proteins to form into a three-dimensional shape.

What does one dimensional mean?

In geometrical terms, a one dimensional object would simply be a straight line, without height or width. It is difficult for us to imagiane from our 3 dimesional perspective as we imagiane a one dimensional object as a bit of string or a line on a bit of paper, however, this is not an accurate portrayal as they both exist in higher dimesions; the line exists on a 2 dimensional bit of paper, whilst a bit of string exists in 3 dimesional space. Space can also be bounded or unbounded, which refers to whether a boundry exists to that space. A bounded 1 dimesional space would be a straight line with 2 separate ends. If you imagiane joining the ends to form a circle, you have an unbounded one dimensional space; from the point of view of a creature living in such a space you would eventually return to your point of origin if you walked far enough. The topology (or shape) of space can be affected by higher dimesions that we may be unaware of, for example, if we where unaware of the 3rd dimesions, the surface of our globe would for an unbounded 2 dimensional space, we would percieve mountains as a unknown repulsive force and valleys as a similar attractive force. Current physics theories predict a far higher number of dimesions. it is thought that these will either be too large or too small for us to percieve. "One dimesional" can also refer to a someone who has no "depth" and therefore has a "shallow" or fake personallity!

How is a sphere is different form an ellipse?

A sphere is three-dimensional whereas an ellipse is two-dimensional. An ellipse can have an oval shape but a cross section of a sphere is always circular.

How long does it take for a folded mountain to form?

It takes 20 years for a folded mountain to form

What is the the difference between a polygon and area perimeter?

A polygon is a single 2-dimensional shape fully enclosed by straight lines. An area is the amount of space that is contained within a closed 2-dimensional shape.A perimeter is the total length of the lines that form the boundary of a 2-dimensional shape.Area and perimeter need not be restricted to polygons.A polygon is a single 2-dimensional shape fully enclosed by straight lines. An area is the amount of space that is contained within a closed 2-dimensional shape.A perimeter is the total length of the lines that form the boundary of a 2-dimensional shape.Area and perimeter need not be restricted to polygons.

What does folded mountains form?

In some cases, the folded crust can be pushed up high enough to form mountains.

Is a tetrahedron a irregular triangle?

A tetrahedron is not an irregular triangle, it is a three dimensional shape, the simplest form of pyramid, with 4 triangular sides.
