"Denumerator" is the incorrect but commonly substituted spelling of "denominator".

A denominator is the term in the lower part of a fraction, the value by which the numerator is divided.

For example, the denominator of 1/2 is 2, and the numerator is 1.

Which one is bigger 1 over 3 or 2 over 7?

1/3 is bigger than 2/7. This is because if you make each the same denumerator: 1/3 = 7/21, and 2/7 = 6/21 Since 7/21 is greater than 6/21, 1/3 is therefore the greater number.
