3/4 is in its simplest form, so any other equivalent fractions can be made by multiplying the nominator (top number=3) and the denominator (bottom number=4) by the same number.

For example, if you multiply both top and bottom by 2, you would get an equivalent fraction of:

(3 x 2)/(4 x 2) = 6/8

As long as you remember to multiply the top and bottom of the fraction by the same number you cannot really go wrong!

6/8 is quite simple, but if you want to, you could make it even more complicated such as multiplying by 132! (396/528!)
