A median in math is when you take all of the numbers that you have and put in order(least to greatest). Then you cross from the left then the right then the left then the right and so on. But if there is two numbers in the middle, you need to find the number that is between those to.If there is two middle number and they are the same you keep the same.

BELOW ARE SOME EXAMPLES:

EXAMPLE:

7,5,2,6,8,5,9

PUT THEM IN ORDER

2,5,5,6,7,8,9

NOW YOU CROSS THEM OUT

x2,x5,x5 ,6, 7x,8x,9x

ANSWER

6
