It is the advance for the SBA loan/grant that you applied for. You get a $1000 advance per employee while they process you application.

I am reading from some Accountants that it is the SBA's code. If you have EIDG or EIDLAV after it it is the advance grant money for the Economic Injury Disaster Loan.
