This is drug used for the treatment ADHD (Hyperactive). Mainly used in children, the active ingredient is Atomoxetine Hydrochloride which blocks the uptake of a neurotransmitter called Norepinephrine in the synapses present in the brain. An excess of Norepinephrine results in a flight or fight response thus increasing attention and motivation.

It also causes a few cardiac side effects typical to Norepinephrine (eg. High blood pressure) which can be a limiting factor for long term use in older patients.
