1/2
If you want to figure this out on your own just draw a circle and cut it in to the pieces from the bottom number (like a Pizza) then shade in the top number.
e.g. your circle has 13 slices and you shade 3
your other circle is cut in two pieces and half is colored in. This works with large discrepancies like this problem but you would need something more exact for fractions that are closer together.
13.3 is thirteen and three-tenths, 13.13 is thirteen and one-tenth plus three hundredths.
Three fourths is bigger than one half.
Three fifths is bigger than one half. Two fifths is smaller than one half.
One half is equal to two fourths. And since three is bigger than two most of the time, no, it's not bigger.
one half because 4 eighths would be a half

smaller because one half would be 50.0 and that is only 13.24

Thirteen/Fourteenths
One Half.6/12 isequivalentto one half so: 3/12<1/2 (Is Less Than)
Three fourths is 3/4 whereas one half is 1/2 or 2/4 (two fourths) So three is bigger than two.
3/4 is bigger than 1/2
Yes it is... one half = three sixths.
