Simplest form is when the numerator and denominator do not share a common factor. For example 10 over 25 is not simplest form because 5 is a factor of both 10 and 25, so you could simplify it to 2/5 by dividing both numbers by 5.
simpliest form is when you reduce a fraction so its not improper or its just when you reduce a fraction to the simpliest form. for example 1 ovr 2 is reduced to 1 whole

Fractions in their simplest form cannot be reduced. If the GCF of the numerator and denominator is 1, the fraction is in its simplest form.
