Since you are rounding to the nearest ten, look at the digit to the right of that (the ones place, which has a 6). If the ones digit is (0-4) then the tens digit stays the same; if the ones digit is (5-9), then round tens digit up one number. Then set the ones digit (and any other digits to the right of that) to zero. Six is (5-9), so round the 2 up to 3, and set digits to the right (only the 6 in this case) to zero. 330 is the new rounded number.
