If the last three digits of the number are divisible by 8, then the whole number is divisible by 8. example= 24,960 is divisible by 8, because 960 (the last three numbers) is. 258,460 is not, because you cannot evenly divide 460 by 8. Works great for big numbers!
Well that's a great one, but I have one that works better and it's quicker to find- split the number in half twice, if it is possible (still even) it is divisible by eight.

What is the divisblity rule by 8
there is a divisibility for 24 the rule is you can divide 24 as 6 and 4 i think
By tautology. If it did not work, it would not be a divisibility rule!
The divisibility rule for 22 is that the number is divisible by 2 and by 11. Divisibility by 2 requires that the number ends in 0, 2, 4, 6 or 8. Divisibility by 11 requires that the difference between the sum of the the digits in odd positions and the sum of all the digits in even positions is 0 or divisible by 11.
There is no easy rule for divisibility by 34.
