2. You then need to multiply the area of the trapezoid of by the length of it. for ex. if a trapezoid has a bass of 3 cm, a height of 10cm, and a length of 4 cm, i would have to multiply 3 by 10 and divide it by 2, to get 15, then multiply by 4, the total area of the prism is 60 cm 3, make sure it is cubes because the prism is a 3-D shape, if you don't put cubed but put squared you will lose a mark if it is on a test/quiz/exam
