The easiest way to find the LCM is to factorise each number into prime factors. The LCM is then the product of the highest powers of each prime appearing:

48 = 2^4 x 3

80 = 2^4 x 5

128 = 2^7

so lcm(48,80,128) = 2^7 x 3 x 5 = 1920.
