An equation.
1 + 2 + 3 = 6 is knownn as an equation. The answer is "expression"
Unfortunately questions here have their mathematical signs removed and as such make it impossbile to work out what your equation was. Please re-enter your question using words (plus, equals, etc) for the mathematical symbols.
The word for a statement that is true for any number or variable is a "universal statement" or a "universal quantification." In mathematical logic, this type of statement is typically denoted using the universal quantifier symbol (∀), which signifies "for all" or "for every." Universal statements are used to make generalizations that apply to all elements in a given set or domain.
Unfortunately, due to the limitations of browsers, most mathematical symbols get removed and it leaves gibberish that is impossible to answer. At least I hope that mathematical operators have been removed, otherwise a string or characters without any real question is impossible to answer. Please edit/re submit your question with a full sentence of what you want solved, replacing mathematical symbols by words: plus for + equals for = etc.
The browser used by this site is utter rubbish and strips out most mathematical symbols. As a result it is not possible to tell what your question is. There is little value in my guessing: I may as well make up my own questions and answer them!

Writing in symbols like in cartoons to represent swear words is called grawlix, but I don't know that there is any group term for those symbols.
Scientists call a group of symbols and numbers that stands for a compound a chemical formula. This formula shows the type and number of atoms that make up the compound.

A quorum is calculated by dividing the whole number of members in a body by 2 and then adding 1 to it. In mathematical symbols, quorum=(number of members/2) +1.
Unfortunately, the browser used for posting questions is absolute crap: it rejects most mathematical symbol. As a result we cannot see the operator between 5.5 and .56 and so cannot make out what the question is. Perhaps you can re-submit using word instead of mathematical symbols. Also, you make a complaint: we have raised the matter with no success.
