Less than 2% (ex. 0.5% - 1.5% average). Heavy smokers may have a level near 10% or even higher. If a non-smoker has a level at 10% or higher they may develope headches. 20% or thereabouts is generally considered CO poisoning, and 50%+ = seizures, coma, death.
