Channel 52, 1/13/2011 8:43 am CST, the lyrics to the song include the words: "MOTHER *UCKER". I used my cell phone to search for the number to sirius xm...got 954.571.4300 and asked how I let the company know this occured. I was given ANOTHER number, 800.967.2346. Called THAT number and spoke with "CARLTON" who was less than helpful. He basically avoided any responsibility and informing me that the customer care line didn't deal with customer care, only things like activating service, etc. Called THAT number back, spoke with a lady and by this time I was VERY upset. She told me to lower my voice and "stop yelling, I'm not your child!". WELL, I guess the folks at SIRIUS XM think it's appropriate to YELL AT YOUR CHILDREN just as they allow "MOTHER *UCKER" to be aired on a mainstream music channel while my 13 year old daughter listens. Called THAT number back (AGAIN) and asked for a supervisor. Problem with THAT call...person that answered was nosey and didn't want to get a supervisor without me first telling him what was going on. Someone claiming to be a supervisor found my old account (which I cancelled, remembering "Mark Goodman" on the 80's channel using blatent profanity like "*UCK" on the air). I just bought a new car which included a trial of the service, well...HERE WE GO AGAIN. Is SIRIUS XM going to do something about the programming that they are allowing to stream over their network? As you can see there are SEVERAL problems that I've identified. 1) your company CONTINUES to allow ILLEGAL content to be communicated on mainstream (non-adult) channels. 2) when notified about it, your company seems to avoid any responsibility 3) when "customer care" is contacted, the employees seem to be apathetic and only make customers want to NOT do business with you. Remember the saying, "It's not what you say, it's how you say it."? In the case of your company it is BOTH, "what" you said (or allowed to be said) AND "HOW" it was said by your "customer care". What a TERRIBLE "trial" experience. I'll be sure and let Lexus know as well...they do a LOT of surveys.
