I'm guessing you mean 20 ft. circumference?

With a 20' circumference, here's the math.

C=20; C(r)=2*[pi]*r; 2*[pi]*r=20; r=10/[pi]

A(r)=r2*[pi]; A=(10/[pi])2*[pi]; A= about 31.831 sq. ft.
