Here,

V means Vinculum or Bar.. (The bar you see on top of the values)

B means Bracket

O means Of

D means Division

M means Multiplication

A means Addition

S means Substraction

When you solve any mathematical equation, remember the VBODMAS rule and follow it religiously. :)
