A number that has a square root has to be able to be the product of two of the same numbers.

Example:

4 x 4 = 16

16 can have a square root because 4 and 4 are the same.

10 can't have a square root because 2 x 5 = 10, and 2 and 5 aren't the same numbers.

There's no fun in playing it safe. Why not try something a little unhinged?
