It is kilo-
i don't think there is a metric prefix symbol for 10^0 . 10^0 (said as 10 to the 0th power) = 1 anything to the zero power is equal to 1
"Teca" is not among the metric prefixes - that's meaningless. If you mean "tera"... the prefix "tera" means 1012, while the prefix "micro" means 10-6.
If you mean 10 to the power plus 3, the answer is kilo.
25
Millionth is the name for the power of 10 to the negative 6 power. The prefix for this is micro.
The metric system prefix for the quantity 0.000001 is micro- (symbol: μ).
"Micro micro" was an older designation used for a metric prefix that is now known as the prefix "pico," which represents one trillionth (1/1,000,000,000,000). The use of "micro micro" was eventually replaced by the standardized SI prefixes to avoid confusion.
The metric system prefix for the quantity 0.000 001 is micro-, denoted as μ. This represents one millionth of the base unit.
The prefix micro means 10^-6 = 0.000 001. So 6107 micro ohms are 0.006 107 ohms or 6.107 x 10^-3 ohms. Scroll down to related links and look for the prefix "micro" and "all prefixes".
A thousand. The prefix "micro" means 10-6 (a millionth), while the prefix "nano" means 10-9 (a billionth).
Micro-. Both the prefixes 'deci-' and 'micro-' describe a certain amount of whatever unit of measure is being used. They owe their usage to the French Revolutionaries setting up a standard system of measures and weights. In that system, the prefix 'deci-' refers to one-tenth of whatever unit is being used. The prefix 'micro-' refers to one-millionth. Therefore, the prefix 'micro-' refers to a smaller quantity under consideration than does a 'deci-'.
That's a prefix used to multiply a unit by some power of 10 - most of them by a power of 1000. For example, milli = 1/1000, micro = 1/1,000,000, kilo = 1000, and Mega = 1,000,000.
The next metric prefix after nano in descending order is pico.
Micro is an English prefix of Greek origin that refers to an object as being smaller than an object or scale of focus, in contrast with macro. micro- is a prefix in the SI and other systems of units denoting a factor of 10^−6 or 0.000001 (one millionth). Some examples of the prefix "micro" are - microwave, microscope, microphone, microchip and micro-organism. The symbol is µ. Scroll down to related links and look for "All Prefixes". One millionth is the prefix micro- When abbreviating units, the Greek letter mu (µ) is used, eg: 5 µg is 5 micrograms = 5 x 10^-6 g = 0.000005 g
nano is 10 to the power of -9, micro is 10 to the power of -6 and so number of nano grams in i micro gram is 10 to the power of -6 divided by 10 to the power of -9, giving an answer of 1000
