A rhombus has all sides equal and opposite sides parallel. This includes a square which is a special case of a rhombus with all angles equal (90 degrees) as well.
If opposirte sides are equal but not all sides are equal, it is a parallelogram

i have a feeling its a rhombus
If it has four equal sides, then two parallel sides implies two PAIRS of parallel sides. The shape is a rhombus.
Yes. By definition, opposite sides are equal (i.e. same length) and parallel.
Any even-sided, regular shape will have opposite sides parallel. A square, hexagon, octagon and decagon are just four examples !
A parallelogram is a four sided shape where opposite sides are parallel and equal lengths. If you mean that ALL sides are equal lengths, you are looking for a rhombus.

A parallelogram.
Square. Square is a quadrilateral and all sides are equal and opposite sides are parallel, the sum of the interior angle measure 3600.
If both sets of opposite sides are parallel and not equal, the shape cannot be a plane figure. It must be a projection of a parallelogram onto a spherical surface (or similar).
